As a Corporate Recruiter , you will oversee the entire recruitment process, from proactive sourcing and strategic outreach to successfully hiring top-tier talent for key roles within our organization. Leveraging your industry expertise, networking abilities, and market insights, you will identify and connect with exceptional candidates who align with our brand values. This role requires a hands-on approach in building strong relationships with both candidates and hiring leaders, ensuring a customer-centric, efficient, and effective recruitment process that enhances our talent acquisition strategy.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Provides a Best-in-Class candidate experience by ensuring a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Creates proactive recruitment strategies to build a diverse talent pool using advanced sourcing techniques such as search engines, social networks, job boards, user groups, competitive intelligence, and direct recruiting. Identifies and utilizes unique and nontraditional sources to find highly skilled and specialized candidates.
• Continuously explores and implements innovative recruitment strategies to meet the evolving needs of our organization.
• May focus recruitment efforts on specific skill sets or industries, particularly at the director level and develops unique sourcing approaches to identify suitable candidates.
• Evaluates employment applications and resumes, assessing work history, education, job skills, and compensation needs. Conducts video screens and in-person interviews to qualify candidates and makes recommendations to hiring managers. Provides coaching and advice throughout the interview process.
• Collaborates with the compensation team to recommend salary levels based on position, market analysis, and internal comparisons. Handles compensation negotiations, creates offer letters, conducts reference/background checks, and initiates relocation agreements when applicable.
• Ensures that all interviewing and hiring practices comply with federal, state, and local regulations regarding equal employment opportunity, immigration, and company policies.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of executive, corporate recruitment experience.
• Ability to provide an exceptional candidate experience through effective communication, a positive recruitment experience, and inclusive practices.
• Experience in recruiting both active and passive candidates, with a proven track record of driving results.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong emphasis on confidentiality. Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Passion for recruiting top talent, demonstrated by high energy levels, a positive and upbeat attitude.
• Experience in staffing positions across various levels, including senior management.
• Capability to plan strategically, adjust priorities as needed, and support multiple departments or locations.
• Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices related to hiring and recruitment.
• Ability to manage constant change with ease and flexibility.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HR systems, analytical reporting, applicant tracking
• software, LinkedIn Recruiter, and internet search tools
